Where the twelve checks came from

I built this audit for myself first, because my own dashboard was green while 40 of 50 agents had never started. Each of the twelve checks is a failure my own agent estate had, measured firsthand and written down with the number and the id of the record. Consultancies charge to discover exactly this and cannot show you theirs, because their failures are under NDA. Mine are on the checklist, and you read them before you decide anything.

What the checklist is the front door to

The checklist tells you that something is wrong. It does not tell you what. If you want the specific thing found, that is a done-for-you audit of your agent estate: two weeks, read-only access and one hour of your time, delivered as a written record of what is actually running, what never ran, and what lied about it, plus a live walkthrough of that record.
